The Way We Were - How We Gardened 60 Years Ago
Doug has been gardening since he was a child. he trained as a horticulturist, working in the industry before spending 20 years in horticultural education. He is now an author, a senior examiner and professional associate with the RHS and a horticulture business consultant. He co-presents a garden phone in show on BBC radio Humberside and is a popular speaker. Doug is a self confessed plant nerd. Doug will be reminiscing on gardening methods of bygone years.
