Breakfast with Santa

Back for Christmas 2026!! Come and join us for breakfast with Santa on December the 12th at 8.30am in the Garden Restaurant. Sit down to an amazing charcuterie board full of tasty treats including waffles, pancakes, pastries, dipping sauces, mini bacon baps, fresh fruit and much more! Each family gets some one on one time with Santa, and every child takes home a small sweet treat. Christmas at the Manor

Discover how Christmas was celebrated in times gone by! The 1620s House & Garden will be beautifully dressed in Jacobean style décor. Join in with festive carols, talk to volunteers about food and feasting, Christmas customs, keeping warm in winter in the days before central heating and all the jobs that had to be done to ensure the Holy season ran smoothly. What’s more, there’ll be colouring in the Barn and a children’s trail to enjoy! Normal Admission plus £3 No need to pre-book, just come along on the day.
Baby & Santa

Back for 2026 by popular demand are our Baby & Santa sessions for 0 -18 month year olds. Bring your little one down to meet Santa and get that all important milestone photo! Every baby receives a small gift from the main man, and adults can be in the photos too! - Please note that photos are to be taken yourself or ask our friendly elf for help! - These sessions are for babies 0 – 18 months only … but we have a fantastic grotto for children over this max age and bookings can be made online - If your little is...

Illuminated Christmas Carolling
When 20th December, 3:30 - 6pm
Join us this December for an evening of community cheer and sparkling lights. We will be singing well-loved Christmas Carols on our Lawn to herald in the festive season! You can also enjoy a light trail around our gardens. Can you find our mischievous elves hidden around the site? The Barn will be open for snacks and refreshments. Free children’s crafts will be available in the House. Timings: Doors open: 3:30pm Carolling: 4:00pm Interval and a chance to take a look around the light trail: 4:30pm Carolling: 5:00pm Site closes 6:00pm £5 per person (under 3s free), pre-booking is advised!
